Our Core Values

We Value Emotional and Wellness Education

We help educate families in life skills in order to thrive in the modern world. Schools are starting to focus on this more and more and we want to assist them.

We Want to be the best we can be

We are continuously updating our own education to uphold the standards that are important to us. We want to be the best version of ourselves so we can help your family do the same.

We are always open to new ideas

If there’s a way we can better serve you, we’d love to hear it. No feedback is negative to us, just an opportunity to create something positive.

We Create Fun

One of our biggest aims is to create a fun environment in all our classes- no one wants to be serious all the time right?

About Our Teachers

Loren Jackson

  • “Yoga is not just about Asana (postures), it’s about experiencing your body and mind on and off the mat. It’s the most powerful tool in discovering your true self”

  • Hi I’m Loren, I’ve been practicing Yoga since 2002 and it has completely transformed my life. When I first started Yoga I was stuck in a rut, eating unhealthy food and feeling like nothing would ever change. As soon as I started practicing Yoga many of my unhealthy habits started to slip away, I felt more energetic and had less fear around making changes in my life.

  • Why Yoga for families? After having kids I noticed the amount of parents (particularly Mums), struggling to keep up with the demands of modern life. The village environment of the past is almost non existant and parents struggle to ask for help. It is my hope to rebuild the village concept within my community and hopefully inspire others to do the same. I believe supporting parents to bring up well balanced, caring kids can truly change the world.
